Tim has an MSc in Construction Project Management from London South Bank University and a BA(hons) Architecture from the University of Manchester.

Professionally qualified, He became a member of the Association for Project Management in 2013.
Before founding Ruxway PRIME, Tim has held senior positions at consultant & contracting companies in the uk. Most recently he was Operations Director for an award winning prestigious Surrey based Property Developer.
He has extensive experience in managing projects across the high-end hospitality, leisure, office, heritage and residential sectors. These include 5-star hotel refurbishments, a casino refurbishment in a Grade 2 Listed building and many super-prime residential schemes on the st Georges hill & wentworth estates in surrey.
Tim has a wide knowledge of how to deliver projects that meet client budgets, timescales and quality standards. These include skills in project management, Pre-Construction, Contracts, reporting and communication, and project Tendering.

IAIN BUCK
PARTNER
Before founding Ruxway prime, Iain owned his own contracting business in the residential sector of the industry. he is passionate about building and recognised quickly that true quality is achieved through the whole project process not just during the construction phase. it was with this in mind that iain established ruxway prime to focus on delivery and create a brand synonymous with quality projects.
He has extensive experience of building projects across the high-end office, and residential sectors. These include multi-unit residential schemes, high-rise apartments & penthouses, single mansion building schemes, highly complex refurbishment works, and listed buildings

Iain has a vast knowledge of construction technology and building techniques. These include skills in construction management, works inspections, project programming, site logistics & project execution plans, advising on construction techniques & methodologies, subcontractor & supplier recommendation & management, supervising multiple sites & construction work, analysing complex construction details and advising on buildability, working closely with designers assisting on construction solutions, construction finishing expert, health & safety.

Iain is qualified with the CITB SSSTS, & CITB SMSTS. He is a qualified scaffold inspector, first aider, UKATA Asbestos Awareness Approved, holds Heavy Plant Tickets and is trained in Working at Height and Manual Handling.
